Ask for Help
We are here to help you. Librarians provide assistance with research, and Access Desk staff provide services dealing with course reserves, study room bookings and keys, check-out and return of library materials, photocopiers/printers/scanners, and general enquiries.
During the academic year, you can get research help from a librarian on a drop-in basis weekdays between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm at the Research Help desk on the Main Level. For in-person assistance outside of these times, you can schedule an appointment with your librarian. For weekend and summer availability, please consult the Library hours.

During the academic year, all post-secondary institutions in Nova Scotia collaborate to provide an online help service. This service is primarily intended for simple questions (e.g. "Where is this book located?" "How do I access the full text of this article?"). For more complex questions, we recommend that you contact your librarian directly.
