Library cards

A valid library card is required for any library transaction. Library cards must be used only by the card owner. All fines and charges incurred are the responsibility of the card owner. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to Acadia Safety and Security.

Students	Your Acadia Student ID card, with its bar code, is your library card.
Faculty & staff	Your Acadia ID card, with its bar code, is your library card.
Alumni	Your Acadia Alumni ID card is your library card. Bring it to the Access Services Desk in the Library to have a barcode applied and to activate your borrowing privileges.
ALL Members	Your ALL membership card is your library card. Bring it to the Access Services Desk in the Library to have a barcode applied and to activate your borrowing privileges.
Community borrowers including high school students	You can obtain a library card at no charge at the Access Services Desk.
