Ask for Help

We are here to help you. Librarians provide assistance with research, and Access Desk staff provide services dealing with course reserves, study room bookings and keys, check-out and return of library materials, photocopiers/printers/scanners, and general enquiries.

In Person

During the academic year, you can get research help by scheduling an online appointment with your librarian. For weekend and summer availability, please consult the Library hours.

Online Chat

During the academic year, all post-secondary institutions in Nova Scotia collaborate to provide an online help service. This service is primarily intended for simple questions (e.g. "Where is this book located?" "How do I access the full text of this article?"). For more complex questions, we recommend that you contact your librarian directly.
