Acadia became the champions of Eastern Canada when they defeated the Windsor Collegiate Alumni, the champions of Ontario and Quebec. In the national basketball finals, they met the western champion, the Adnacs from New Westminister, British Columbia. Acadia lost the two-game total point championship series 60 to 42.
