Acadia University Baseball Team 1924

Baseball Season Success

Acadia’s baseball team opened the season with a tie against a Wolfville town team; they then lost to Middleton 7 to 0, but beat them 8 to 7 in a return match. In their final game, they overwhelmed Windsor 15 to 2. “The baseball season was a decided success again this year. Acadia has shown during the past two years that her baseball material is of the best in the province.”

(Acadia Athenaeum, June 1924, 166).
